Health Ministry gives clarification on Anil Vij's corona positive

The Health Ministry statement has come on Covaccine. Haryana Minister Anil Vij was found corona positive, after which the question was raised how he became corona even after taking covaccine. Now the Health Ministry has clarified that it is necessary to take two doses of Covaccine, whereas Anil Vij had taken only one dose.
