Tristan Thompson Signs with the Celtics

The Celtics introduced Tristan Thompson today, who said he joined Boston due to their young talent in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. "Hopefully I can come in and be the difference maker in trying to make this team get to where they want to get to."

Tristan Thompson left the Cavaliers as a champion who had been with the team since 2011 as their 4th overall pick. He brings rebounding, scoring in the paint and defense as he said he hopes to get Boston over its Eastern Conference Finals hump. He shared his NBA Finals experience in the presser and what he learned from LeBron James as they became champions.
