ATM to formally ask to postpone motion

The ATM party will formally ask the speaker to postpone the no-confidence motion against president Cyril Ramaphosa. That's pending a decision on the party's court application to review National Assembly Speaker, Thandi Modise's rejection for a secret ballot.
