Johor govt dispatches first batch of food and basic necessity packs to Malaysians in Singapore

The Johor government on Thursday dispatched some 300 packs of food and basic needs to Singapore in aid of Malaysians living in the island republic.

Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Hasni Mohammad said that a total of 1,000 packs would be send-off for the first phase of the state government’s ‘Food Basket to Singapore’ initiative, which was announced during the tabling of Johor Budget 2021.
