One arrested over matric exam leaks

Basic education minister Angie Motshekga has confirmed that one person has been arrested in the matric paper leaks saga. She says even though three papers were leaked, officials managed to contain the last one and make sure pupils wrote a back-up paper. eNCA reporter Silindelo Masikane has more. Courtesy #DStv403
