Talks between farmers and Centre is all set to begin as farmer leaders have arrived at Delhi's Vigyan Bhawan. A group of 35 representatives of the protesting farmers started off from Singhu border earlier to reach Delhi for the meeting with Centre that will be led by Rajnath Singh and include Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar and others.
