Why Govt called 32 unions only? Asked unhappy farmers

Government called meeting with farmer unions at Vigyan Bhawan today. Farmers are still not happy with the government decision. Farmers said that there are 500 unions, government just called 32 of them. Farmers are still on the borders of Delhi.
