Food to Avoid to Break Out

Dairy – especially skim milk. A study has established a link between acne and consumption of low-fat milk among a large number of teens or prone to acne people.
Sugar – as it modifies your insulin level, refined sugar is to avoid in order to avoid pimples. You’ll need to stay away from juices, pastries, white bread or even pasta.
Lean meats – like chicken for example, that contains added hormones which are really bad for your skin.
Fried food – the extra fat and oil are known to lead to an increase in pimples.
Coffee – we know it’s hard to read but it’s true. Coffee rises the cortisol level, which is the stress hormone and lead your body to produce more oil and thus, break out.
