#13 "Cup Cheesecakes."
Ingredients Include
For the crust...
3.5 Cups of graham cracker crumbs.
2/3 Cup of melted butter.
1/2 Cup of granulated sugar.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt.
The cheesecake.
Important to note, all ingredients are at room
temperature. Don't refrigerate any ingredients.
2 Bars of cream cheese.
1/2 Cup of granulated sugar
1/4 Cup of sour cream.
1 Teaspoon of vanilla.
2 Eggs.
1 Jar of strawberry topping.
Special equipment.
A hammer... or
A food processor.
