Nisha Rao is reportedly Pakistan’s first transgender lawyer. The 28-year-old ran away from her home and moved to Karachi when she was 18. She had to beg for a living but was determined to do better in life. After years of hard work, she earned a law degree and became a member of the Karachi Bar Association. Now she has even bigger aspirations and wishes one day to become a judge.
