New cameras to catch drivers who use their mobile phones

Police in the Netherlands have begun testing a new camera system that could identify if a driver is carrying a mobile phone. The Dutch authorities say around a third of automobile accidents could be caused by people distracted by their phone. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
