After announcing his foreign policy and national security cabinet nominees, US President-elect Joe Biden tells reporters that with the transition to his administration is officially underway. He will start receiving his intelligence briefings regularly. Walking away outside The Queen theater in Wilmington, Delaware, Biden says "of course" he would like to meet with President Donald Trump, "if he asked."
