Ticketmaster Will Not Enforce Mandatory
COVID-19 Vaccine or Testing Requirements.
Ticketmaster has come forward to deny
false claims that they will require fans to
provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine or test. .
In a statement released to the BBC, the ticket
giant clarified that there would be “absolutely
no requirement” for such proof. .
Ticketmaster does not have the power
to set policies around safety/entry
requirements, which would include
vaccines and/or testing protocols. , Ticketmaster, to BBC.
Instead, such requirements will be
made at the “discretion of the event organizer”
and based on local health guidelines. .
Ticketmaster continues to work with event
organizers on all Covid safety measures
and it will be up to each event organizer to
set future requirements, based on their
preferences and local health guidelines, Ticketmaster, to BBC.
The suggestion that Ticketmaster
“might” enforce such requirements was first

looking into a screening system that would verify
if fans were “cleared” to attend an event. .
