The presumptive President-Elect of the United States, Joe Biden, is pushing ahead with his transition plans.
He's set to announce his Cabinet picks on Tuesday.
President Trump, in the meantime, continues with his legal challenges.

President-elect Joe Biden will announce his first Cabinet picks on Tuesday despite Trump's refusal to concede.
Biden's choice for White House chief of staff Ron Klain confirmed Tuesday's announcement to ABC News, saying Biden's transition team would "beat the pace" of both the Obama and Trump transitions.
Mr. Klain - a top aide to Biden in both the Senate and when he was vice president - was named earlier this month.
One of Biden's, victory speech pledges was to make an administration to reflect the diversity of the country.
And his senior adviser Jennifer Psaki told CNN that he is likely to respond to growing calls to include progressives, citing their role in electing Biden.
Insiders say diversity of age, gender, race and ideology will play a greater role in Biden's final decision, more so than in previous transitions.
But it remains to be seen if Biden would include Republicans who supported Trump.
While several Senate Republicans have indicated they will confirm most of Biden's Cabinet picks,...Trump's legal team continues their efforts to block the transition.
It announced on Saturday a request for a second recount in Georgia, shortly after a federal court dismissed Trump's biggest lawsuit targeting Pennsylvania.
On the previous day, Trump's legal team again questioned the legitimacy of the voting system.
"But one of its most characteristic features is its ability to flip votes. It can set and run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take a certain percentage of votes from President Trump and flip them to President Biden..."
Amid Trump's continued efforts to overturn the election result, the speed of transition would largely depend on when the General Services Administration certifies Biden's victory, which it has yet to do.
