BBI Secretariat Divided On Push For Consensus

President Uhuru Kenyatta will determine whether or not to amend building bridges initiative report (BBI) whose signature collection was called off last week. Members of the national BBI secretariat say the head of state intervened in saving the document which many Kenyans are calling for amendments before its subjected to a referendum.
