How to/best way to install a Ram Mount Phone holder on a 2017+ Kawasaki Ninja or Z650

how to install a phone mount on a Kawasaki Ninja 650 in minutes. I tried that rubber stem mount, and really and frankly its hot trash. This position also shields the phone pretty good, even in the rain oddly while moving.
