Union threatens blackout over SABC job cuts

The Communication Workers Union is calling for the disbandment of the SABC board and for the public broadcaster to be placed on administration. The union wants the broadcaster to withdraw termination notices that were issued to employees. They say failure to respond by 5pm will lead to industrial action.
