Transfer money into the hands of the poor if there is going to another lockdown, says Ajay Maken

In an interview with National Herald, Congress general secretary and former union minister Ajay Maken talk about the failings of the Delhi government in addressing COVID-19 in the Capital. The Delhi Government did not strictly mark containment zones either. Maken stressed that another lockdown would be advisable and if the Capital were to go through with it, money should be transferred into the hands of the poor.
