Cheerleaders follows a rebellious outsider (Stasey) who joins the cheerleading squad, much to the dismay of her ex-girlfriend (Smit-McPhee), who happens to be into witchcraft. After a confrontation with the stars of the football team goes bad, the outsider and her new cheerleader friends are supernaturally thrust onto a path of destruction.
