President-elect Joe Biden says he will implement a "fair taxes structure" to make sure the wealthiest and corporations "pay their fair share" during his remarks on the economy in Wilmington, Delaware after meeting with corporate and business leaders. The president-elect also mentions his economic program includes raising the national minimum wage to $15 per-hour.
