Former US President Barack Obama has spoken big about Rahul Gandhi in his book. Referring to Rahul Gandhi, Barack Obama wrote in his new book 'A Promised Land' that Rahul Gandhi is a nervous and under-qualified leader. In his book, Obama also mentions former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh.
