Typhoon “Ulysses” is now over the West Philippine Sea

Typhoon “Ulysses” is now over the West Philippine Sea, leaving a massive trail of destruction across many areas in Luzon, including Metro Manila.

As of 10 a.m., Thursday, the center of the eye of “Ulysses” was at 85 kilometers west of Iba, Zambales, and maintained its maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 200 kph, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
