Annuar: KL to be 'free trading' area from Nov 15

Starting from November 15th, people who wish to open a stall in Kuala Lumpur will be allowed to do so at any suitable location.
However, Federal Territories Minister Annuar Musa said they must first apply for a temporary business permit valid for six months free of charge.
