The NDA has emerged victorious in the tightly contested Bihar assembly election. After a day packed with suspense over the outcome, the BJP-JDU led alliance crossed the majority mark with 125 seats late at night on Tuesday. While the BJP secured 74 seats on its own, its partner JDU’s tally was restricted to 43.
