Diwali Special Besan Ladoo Recipe
Today I am sharing a diwali special mithai recipe of Besan Ladoo. It is most commonly prepared during Diwali. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
Gram flour/Besan - 2 cups
Clarified butter/Ghee - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Powdered sugar/ bura - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds and cashew - 4 tbsp chopped
Melon seeds - 2 tbsp
Pistachio - sliced for garnish
