Counting of votes across 55 counting centres in Bihar have begun. The mandate on a fierce campaign and 15 years of Nitish Kumar rule will be out today. The JDU-led NDA is leading in over 129 seats and has crossed the required majority mark of 122 while the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan is lagging behind with leads in 99 seats. Celebrations are underway outside JDU office in Bihar.
