Guy Kayaks Down Flooded Street During Heavy Rain

Torrential rainfall in the city of Napier, New Zealand caused flooding in the streets. The rains, however, did not dampen this guy's spirit. He saw this as an opportunity to take out his kayak. He was seen kayaking down the waterlogged streets as it continued to rain.
