South Korean President Moon Jae-in has congratulated U.S. President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris,... saying he looks forward to working with them to advance the Seoul-Washington alliance.
In a tweet Sunday, Moon said their bilateral alliance is strong, and the bond between the two countries is rock-solid.
He said he hopes to work with the new administration for shared values and has great expectations for the future development of bilateral relations.
