Trump Predicts Supreme Court
Will Decide Election Outcome as
He Pushes Quick Confirmation.
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump took his
concerns about mail-in voting one step further. .
He predicted that the outcome of the
November election would have to move
beyond ballots and into the Supreme Court. .
Trump also urged lawmakers to act swiftly
in confirming his eventual Supreme Court
nominee in order to avoid a four-four voting split. .

The Supreme Court seat in question was most
recently occupied by Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
who died on September 18. .
Trump has vowed to put forward a female nominee
and reportedly has five "brilliant" candidates picked out.
He has already nominated two conservative
justices to the Supreme Court during his term,
Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh
