Hilal Committee authorities across Mumbai would keep a keen watch on the skies this coming Sunday, in a bid to spot the crescent. If the moon is sighted, Ramadan ul Kareem will begin, and the first day of fast would be observed on Monday. If the moon is not sighted, fasting will begin from Tuesday.
