Shab-e-Qadr also known as Laylat-ul-Qadr was observed on Saturday night with religious devotion and festivity across Jammu and Kashmir. Considered to be the holiest night of the month of Ramzan, devotees remain engrossed in night-long prayers till dawn at mosques and holy shrines.
