Chennai Drought: Hospitals Forced to Buy Water for Surgeries, Tanker Mafia Profiting
  • 3 years ago
Failed rains last year and delays in this year’s annual monsoon have left South India facing drought-like conditions. Chennai-based hospitals are crying for rains and to tackle the permanent crisis, they are relying on the water trucks and bottled water for surgeries.
