Maharashtra Rains: A team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) rescued a cow from flood-hit Kamshet village in Maharashtra’s Pune. The animal was submerged in a pool of water in the village, and the timely action by the NDRF led to its rescue. Several parts of Maharashtra, including state capital Mumbai, are witnessing continuous rainfall which has hit normal life. Pune has, till now, received more than its share of rainfall.
