Prakash Javadekar, Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting informed all private channels will host news bulletin in sign language for specially-abled. While speaking to ANI, Prakash Javadekar said, “Modi govt has taken one more decision for Divyang (specially-abled persons). We requested all private channels to host a news bulletin in sign language once a week. It has been accepted as well. Guidelines have also been issued.”
