Amid High drama, CJI Ranjan Gogoi on Wednesday asked parties in the Ayodhya land dispute case to end arguments today. A five-judge bench headed by Gogoi said it is hearing the Ayodhya case for the last 39 days. The bench said that no more time beyond today would be granted to parties to conclude the hearing. “We will rise by 5pm. Enough is enough,” CJI Gogoi said after a lawyer asked SC for more time for arguments. The court is expected to announce a verdict in the 134-year-old title suit before CJI leaves office on November 17. The 16th century Babri Masjid was demolished on December 6, 1992.
