Coronavirus: Deaths Tolls Rise Across India And Europe As Governments Grapple With COVID-19 PANDEMIC
  • 3 years ago
Coronavirus cases in India have risen to 324 with seven deaths. Maharashtra is the worst-hit state with 63 cases. But the state government has confirmed 12-14 infected patients with no evidence of history of foreign travel which means these cases show increasing community transmission of Coronavirus in certain areas of Maharashtra. However, countries like Italy, Iran and U.S. are faring much worse as the death toll has gone up substantially in these countries. Italy recorded 723 deaths on March 21, its second day in a row of the biggest day-to-day increase in death toll which now stands at 4,825. U.S. now has 25,000 cases of COVID-19 with a case being reported in each of its 50 states.
