Leopard Enters Hospital Washroom In Gujarat, Bears Roam Freely In Tirumala Amid Coronavirus Lockdown

A leopard entered the premises of Ayurveda hospital in Gandhinagar’s Kolavada area creating panic. The incident took place on April 15. The leopard entered one of the washrooms in the hospital. Soon after, the hospital staff locked the animal in the washroom and called the forest department for help. The leopard was later rescued by the combined efforts of the forest department and the hospital staff. Meanwhile, bears were seen roaming in the temple town of Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh. While humans are locked up in the houses due to COVID-19 outbreak, animals, it seems have reclaimed their space. Many animals have been spotted roaming on the streets.
