In a widely-shared footage from Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi on April 19, a man can be seen sitting on the ledge of a third floor window. He threatened to jump off and created a ruckus as hospital officials tried to get to him. The man also claimed to have contracted COVID-19. An initial probe in to the incident by the police said the man was mentally unstable and had not contracted coronavirus.
