The Central government issued guidelines for a phased opening up of the country after two months of lockdown. Despite rising cases of COVID-19, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued orders that allows services like restaurants and shopping malls and religious places to open up starting June onwards. But international flights, metro services and cinema halls still remain closed.
