Tshwane mayor vows to hit the ground running

New Tshwane mayor Randall Williams has vowed to hit the ground running and deliver basic services with speed in the next 11 months leading to the 2021 municipal elections. He has also appealed to councillors from other political parties in council to set aside their differences in the interest of services to residents. Given the fractious nature of politics in the metro, one has to ask if he has a prayer. He speaks to Jeremy Maggs on Wednesday Lunchtime. Courtesy #DStv403
