Voting has ended in all the 94 assembly seats in the second phase of Bihar elections. 53.51 percent voting was recorded in the second phase. More than 2.85 crore voters have sealed the fate of over 1,500 candidates in the poll fray. Amid the election campaign, local issues were not seen as the top priority, especially on the agenda of the BJP.
