Aslam Shinwari is the Chairman of the organization called Shinwari Welfare in Peshawar. This organization helps the poor people get married in a shared wedding ceremony. Ijtamai (shared) Shadiyan helps the poor people as the cost of a wedding ceremony is saved. Shinwari Welfare organization also helps the poor in other ways.
