Muhammad Yar from Dipalpur is a handicapped man. He had a terrible accident at the age of 12 and lost both of his arms. After losing his arms, Yar had no support and didn’t know what to do. However, Yar did not let his helplessness define his life, and he still works hard to do everything on his own. Yar appealed to the government to give him some kind of financial support.
