Amina Usman from UrduPoint interviewed a very inspiring person named Waqar Ali. Waqar is famously known as Vicky Pakistani. He is a disabled athlete who is representing his country with great zeal. Waqar used to be a brilliant cricket player and people used to call him ‘Jonty Rhodes’. Waqar lost his ability to walk due to a terrible car accident in 1998. In that accident, he lost his mother as well as his will to live. He was more than devastated and thought that this is the end for him. For more than 3 months he was bedridden.
