Ingredients To Marinate Fish for Pan Fry Fish Tikka Recipe
1. Fish () – 1 Kg (De-skinned, with bones)
2. Red Chilli Powder – 1.5 Tsp
3. Salt (नमक) – 1 Tsp
4. Turmeric Power – ½ Tsp
5. Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
6. Chat Masala Powder (चाट मसाला पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
7. Ginger Garlic Pate (काली मिर्च पाउडर) – 1.5 Tsp (Preferably homemade)
To make Ginger Garlic paste, take 40% of Ginger and 60% of Garlic and grind to make a fine paste with little water.
8. Lemon juice – 2 Tsp
9. Oregano Flakes – 1 Tsp (Optional)
10. Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup (Chopped)

Cooking Oil – 3 TBsp (For Shallow Fry)
