Farrukh Shahbaz Warraich interviewed Shahid Basra who is a civil engineer but is running a biryani stall. He has worked all over Pakistan in the private sector as a project manager. Shahid says due to the lack of jobs in his field, he had to shift careers; after all, he has a family to feed. He shared that if given an opportunity, Shahid would like to work in his field. Right now he is not making much profit in running a biryani stall, but he hopes that his business will grow eventually. His customers are very happy with the quality and taste of his biryani.
