Kasur is famous for many things including kasuri falooda. It is a sweet dish loved by many. People not only from Pakistan, but from abroad love eating falooda. Karam Deen works in a shop named ‘Ayub Falooda’ and has been cooking falooda for them for almost 40 years. According to the owner Ahmed Ayub, the shop is almost 50 years old and his father was the one the who started it. The ingredients that are used in making falooda are; rabri, sheera (sugar molasses), ice and sawaiyan.
