Muhammad Almas Sami passed PMS exams and is serving Pakistan as an assistant commissioner. He has discussed his success story to motivate other candidates. According to him, there is no major difference between PMS and CSS exams. PMS is a Punjab centric exam whereas CSS is for all over Pakistan. Syllabus, subjects, papers and interview method all else is the same. The eligibility criteria for PMS and CSS is the same.
