Pakistan Announces To Grant Consular Access To Indian Spy Kulbushan Jadhav

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) rejects Indian plea on releasing Kulbushan Jadhav but also instructed Pakistan to grant consular access to Jadhav if agreed. The Foreign Office (FO) on Thursday, August 01, announced to follow rules and respect ICJ verdict. According to Vienna Convention Article 36, paragraph 1(b), Pakistan will allow Indian spy to meet consular but modalities are yet to be decided. Moreover, ICJ also recommended Pakistan to review its appeal on the death sentence of Indian RAW agent. Let's find more in the video.
