Mr. Umer Usman has won a striking trophy for Pakistan in bodybuilding and best physique competition in South Asian men championship 2019. He competed India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, Nepal to win South Asian Men title. He has also won several other titles including Mr. Punjab 2017, Yahyaa Classic conducted in Islamabad, Pak champions men physique 2019, Yahyaa classic Mr. Pakistan 2019 and Mr. South Asia 2019. He recommended youngsters to have a good diet, hard exercise and proper rest for a good physique. He requested the government of Pakistan to support him financially to win an upcoming event in China i.e Asian games. Let's know more in the video.
